Graduation day
The 30th Graduation Day celebration at Sacred Heart Girls PU College, held on 11th January 2025, was a day filled with joy, nostalgia, and aspirations for the future. The event commenced with a heartfelt prayer song, followed by a graceful welcome dance, as the lights of the lamp were lit to symbolize knowledge and enlightenment.
The chief guest, Mrs. Elizabeth Mala, Principal of HAL Primary and High School, addressed the gathering with words of wisdom, “Focus not on fleeting pleasures, but on the foundation of a future built on hard work and dedication.” Her encouraging speech reminded the students to remain determined, study with purpose, and carve out a path to a successful and fulfilling future.
To celebrate academic excellence, lecturers who had achieved centum results in their subjects were honoured. The student toppers for the academic year 2023-24 were also applauded for their extraordinary achievements. “Success is not the key to happiness, but happiness is the key to success,” said the Principal, as she encouraged all graduates to embrace both personal growth and academic excellence.
